Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in their original packaging

• In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, and undamaged)

All returned items will be inspected before refunds are issued. If a returned item is found to have been opened, used, resealed, altered, or is missing any original components, the return will be denied, and the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

To start a return, contact us at support@rocksolidtcgtrading.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. You may purchase your own return label, or we can provide one and deduct the cost from your refund.
