Three weeks in...

I officially went live on the 1st of the year, selling on eBay and TCGPlayer. Last night, I hit Level 4 on TCGPlayer! It’s been an exciting journey so far and a daily learning experience. I’ve lost count of how many "How to Ship on TCG" YouTube videos I’ve watched from channels of all sizes, but I think I’ve finally got it down for the most part.

I’ve been devoting every second of my time outside of work to Pokémon in some way, and I wouldn’t change a thing—though I know this pace isn’t sustainable.

Sales have been very strong, but I also started with a fairly large personal collection of cards I pulled recently.

Now, my focus is on increasing efficiency and streamlining fulfillment, so processing orders becomes second nature—just pure muscle memory.
